Fireworks

Central government had imposed common Goods and Service Taxes for similar categorized products all over India. Fire Crackers fall on 18% goods and service tax category. Hence the rates of fire crackers were increased last year. The manufactures from Sivakasi says, total sales of fireworks got decreased due to GST implementation.
